Welcome to The Heart of Story. I created this suite of workshops and one-on-one coaching services to help you write stories from your life. I have witnessed the transformative insight, resolution, and healing that can happen when we write about our lives. How is that possible? Because writing creates order, and through order, we find meaning. Writing helps us discover meaning in the events that compose our lives. Whether or not you consider yourself a writer, you carry a wealth of stories—a tale your grandfather told you, a revelatory moment, pieces of history you have witnessed and sifted through your unique point of view. No one else will experience these moments in the same way. Your stories are yours alone. I want to guide you through this process. Shall we begin? |
